You know why a horse owner researches a blanket for three weeks before buying. You understand that "cheap tack" isn't a value proposition -- it's a liability. You feel the seasonal rhythms: winter blanket prep starts in August, show season drives boot sales in March, and fly spray demand spikes before you'd expect.
That intuition can't be taught. It's the difference between a generic DTC marketer and someone who speaks our customers' language authentically.

- Why AI BUILDING is Required (Not Just "Uses AI"):We don't want someone who prompts ChatGPT for email subject lines. We want a builder:
- You've deployed agentic AI systems that run in production
- You've built apps, automations, or AI-powered tools from scratch
- "Vibe coding" is your daily practice -- you use Claude or ChatGPT to BUILD things
- You've created Zapier/Make workflows with AI integration, custom dashboards, or prototyped with code
- You have a hunger to work with AI more -- an AI-first mindset is non-negotiable Automate Everything isn't aspirational for you. It's Tuesday.What You'll Own (Full-Stack Growth Engine):
- Paid Acquisition: Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, influencer partnerships
- Shopify Platform: Merchandising, UX, CRO, A/B testing (hands-on, not delegated)
- SEO Strategy: Content-to-conversion, product page optimization
- Amazon Execution: Channel strategy, agency management, marketplace growth
- Analytics & Attribution: CAC, LTV, cohorts, multi-touch attribution (GA4, SQL)
- AI Systems: Build and deploy automations that scale output without headcount Your First Year Impact:
- Acquire 10K-20K new customers (30-50% YoY growth)
- Drive $2M-4M incremental revenue
- Improve CVR 50-100 basis points ($500K-1M impact)
- Launch 2-3 new profitable channels
- Scale Amazon to seven-figure channel

- Are an active or former rider / horse enthusiast with genuine passion
- Have 5-7 years DTC e-commerce/growth marketing experience
- Have BUILT AI-powered tools, automations, or apps (portfolio required)
- Know Shopify platform hands-on (not just strategy)
- Use GA4/SQL fluently for analytics
- Have paid channel expertise (Google/Meta minimum)
- Want full ownership with real autonomy
