We’re a small business looking for an experienced consultant to help us remotely set up a fully self-hosted DeepSeek AI system on our in-house workstation (Intel Core Ultra 9 285K, 64 GB RAM, 32 GB VRAM) with a simple, user-friendly web interface such as Open WebUI (or something similar). Our goal is to create a secure, private AI system that stays on our own hardware so our information remains proprietary. We plan to use this system to help convert internal Word documents into structured, fillable HTML forms. We want guidance on choosing the most powerful version of the model that our hardware can run efficiently, and on configuring it for good performance and reliability. This engagement should include remote setup support, testing to make sure everything runs smoothly, and clear documentation and walkthroughs so our team can maintain and troubleshoot the system in the future.
