Job Description
The Role
This role doesn't exist at most agencies. That's by design. You're the person who builds and manages the AI infrastructure behind our creative production. You connect models, APIs, and tools into workflows that make our team dramatically more efficient. You automate what should be automated. You augment what should be augmented. You're the reason a small team can outproduce an agency ten times its size.
You sit at the intersection of creative production and technical systems. You understand both. You don't need a product manager to tell you what to build. You see the bottleneck, you build the solution, you ship it.
What You'll Do
Design, build, and maintain AI-powered production workflows across the agency. Integrate image generation, video generation, copy tools, and asset management systems into cohesive pipelines. Automate repetitive production tasks: asset versioning, format adaptation, localization, QA checks. Evaluate and implement new AI tools and models as they launch. Build internal tools and dashboards that give the creative team leverage. Manage API integrations, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning where applicable. Work directly with creative and strategy leads to identify automation opportunities. Document workflows and train team members on new systems.
Who You Are
2-5 years of experience building automations, workflows, or software tools. You can write code. Python, JavaScript, or equivalent. Doesn't matter which. Deep familiarity with AI/ML tools and APIs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Midjourney, Runway, Stability, ComfyUI, or similar. Experience building with tools like n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom API integrations. You've shipped things. Side projects count. Open source counts. "I automated my entire job at my last company" absolutely counts. Strong understanding of creative production workflows, even if you came from the technical side. Builder mentality. You see problems and you solve them without being asked. You stay current. You probably tested three new AI tools this week.
Nice to Have
Experience in an agency, studio, or creative production environment. Familiarity with paid social creative requirements across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc. Experience with ComfyUI, LoRA training, or custom model workflows. Background in design, video, or motion graphics (even as a hobby).
Compensation
Competitive base + performance incentives. This is a high-impact role with significant growth trajectory.
How to Apply
Send your GitHub (or equivalent), your favorite automation or project, and a short note to [email protected]. Tell us what you've built and what you'd build here. We don't care about your degree. We care about what you've shipped.
