AILCN is a selective, global network of Certified AI Learning Consultants who help organizations translate AI complexity into responsible, practical learning and workforce strategies.
Consultants work with employers hiring AI/ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and AI-enabled professionals—supporting not just technical adoption, but organizational readiness, learning design, and ethical implementation.
This is not a job for generalists or trend-chasers.
It is a professional consulting pathway for those prepared to earn trust, deliver outcomes, and be accountable for impact.
The Opportunity (Commission-Based)
This is a commission-based consulting role, designed for professionals who are ready to build or expand a serious advisory practice.
Certified AI Learning Consultants work independently with organizational clients and are compensated based on client engagements, advisory retainers, and delivered outcomes.
- Successful consultants commonly:
- Generate $10K+/month in advisory and learning engagements
- Build a sustainable consulting practice without needing to code
- License and deliver structured, proven AI learning solutions
- Work with organizations navigating workforce disruption, reskilling, and AI adoption pressure
There is no salary, no draw, and no guaranteed income.
This role is for professionals who are comfortable with performance-based earnings and client-facing responsibility.
What You Will Do
- As a Certified AI Learning Consultant, you will:
- Advise organizations on AI-powered learning, workforce readiness, and change management
- Help leaders and teams understand what AI can and should not be used for
- Design and deliver ethical, role-based AI learning strategies
- Support companies hiring and integrating AI-enabled talent
- Act as a trusted advisor—not a tool salesperson or automation evangelist
- You will have access to:
- Licensed, plug-and-play AI learning frameworks and programs
- The full AILCN ecosystem (Learnfinity Pro, ExpandLMS, Learnfinity Studio)
- AI-assisted strategy and content tools designed for professional use
- Mentorship, practice guidance, and business coaching
