I need an Airbnb Assistant- Full time
Covers end-to-end management and optimization to maximize rental income and guest satisfaction. I want a full time employee which will only work for me. It will be 24/7 Coverage. Most days includes about 3-4 hours of work but some days full days. You must be able to respond to inquiries and emergencies at all times. Some days there will be little or nothing to do some days will be busy. English speaking is a must
Ā Responding to guests
Ā Managing check-ins and check-outs
Ā Creating detailed guidebooks
Ā Optimizing listings for higher visibility and booking rates
Ā Implementing AirCover for guest security
Ā Coordinating with cleaners for impeccable property presentation
Ā Managing calendars to avoid double bookings
Ā Setting up automated responses for efficient communication
Ā Comprehensive management of listings across 10+ platforms including Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor
Ā Overseeing stock management
Ā Providing customer service... through live chat, email, and call support
Ā Pricing Management Tools like Pricelabs and Beyond Pricing for optimal rates
