You will be the first point of contact for travelers, handling inquiries related to bookings, flight changes, baggage, cancellations, and more — all from the comfort of your home.Key Responsibilities

- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Matric or equivalent high school diploma required.

- Strong computer literacy and the ability to navigate multiple systems efficiently.

- Experience

- Minimum of 1 year in a call center, customer service, or airline support environment preferred.

- Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) is a plus, but not required.
- Working Hours

- Full-time position (40 hours per week).

- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
