Job Summary
- Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented individuals to join as Airline Ground Staff for major airlines including Indigo and Air India. As a Ground Staff member, you will be the face of the airline, responsible for delivering a seamless and pleasant experience to passengers both on and off the ground. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about aviation, hospitality, and customer service.Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist passengers at check-in counters, boarding gates, and arrival terminals.

- Verify travel documents, issue boarding passes, and provide flight-related information.

- Assist passengers with special needs, including unaccompanied minors and those requiring wheelchair services.
- *
- Handle baggage-related queries and coordinate with security and logistics teams.
- *
- Maintain safety, order, and cleanliness in passenger service areas.
- *
- Coordinate with flight crew, ground security, and airline management to ensure timely operations.
- *
- Manage delays, cancellations, and rerouting processes professionally and efficiently.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) pass from a recognized board.
- *
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- *
- Well-groomed appearance and professional behavior.
- *
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reservation systems preferred).

- Customer-first attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
- *
- Physically fit and able to work on shifts, including standing for extended hours.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or airport operations is an added advantage.
- Working Hours

- Rotational shifts based on airline schedule (including weekends and public holidays).

- Sound understanding of airline/airport procedures and passenger handling (training provided for freshers).

- Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently.

- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.

- Knowledge of ticketing/reservation software is a bonus (e.g., Galileo, Amadeus, Sabre).
