- Key Skills
- Programming Expertise: Strong background in Java, C++, or Python with a focus on real-time applications.
- Electronic Trading Knowledge: Direct experience with workflows in fixed income or Rates markets.
- Market Microstructure Understanding: Proficient in pricing logic and risk frameworks specific to the Rates sector.
- Low-Latency Architectures: Practical experience with low-latency systems, concurrency, and messaging protocols like FIX.
- UNIX/Linux Proficiency: Comfortable working within these environments with strong scripting skills.
- Preferred Experience
- Proven track record of working in investment banking or hedge funds, specifically with algo trading desks.
- Experience in KDB+/q for market data analytics.
- Familiarity with financial regulatory and compliance standards in electronic markets.
- Knowledge of FPGA development for performance-critical components in market data or execution pipelines.
