This will be a hybrid position in San Diego, CA. Who you are: Satechi is looking for a Amazon Marketplace Specialist to oversee our Japan Marketplace. You will work closely with our digital marketing department working to develop, manage and grow our sales in assigned markets. This is a full-time, non-exempt position. What you will be doing: Responsibilities β’ Manage assigned Amazon Marketplace: Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to identify trends and make actionable recommendations β’ Partner with digital marketing team for tracking and optimizing ad campaigns by exploring ways to improve the reporting process β’ Manage and update weekly and monthly tracking reports for review sales, products, returns β’ Analyze campaigns to identify areas of improvement and communicate any insights to the manager β’ Implement new strategies to increase customer loyalty β’ Creation and follow-up of a calendar, with the most important holidays, to implement different sales strategies β’ Create new listing products and launch strategies for each of the responsible channels β’ Updating, revision and improvement of Amazon listings β’ Coordinating and working with the different teams to improve the flow of different work processes to improve your channels β’ Customer service: answering questions, solving tech issues, giving recommendations, and process replacements/refunds when needed.
