Job Overview
We are a performance-driven digital marketing agency supporting the US launch of an innovative consumer wellness device sold primarily through Amazon. We are looking for a hands-on Amazon & Paid Media Manager who can execute, monitor, and optimize daily while also owning Amazon storefront, listing performance, and organic ranking strategy.
This is a fractional, execution-focused role with clear accountability for speed, communication, and performance.
Scope of Work
- Amazon Ownership (Primary)
- Optimize Amazon listings (titles, bullets, keywords, A+ content alignment)
- Manage and improve Amazon Storefront structure and content
- Own keyword research and ranking strategy (paid → organic alignment)
- Monitor and improve CVR, ACOS, TACOS, and blended CAC
- Coordinate review velocity strategy (within Amazon TOS)
- Analyze search term reports and translate into optimization actions
- Ensure PDP content aligns with off-Amazon messaging and creative
- Amazon Ads (Execution)
- Launch and manage Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns
- Daily bid, budget, and search term optimization
- Negative keyword management and query harvesting
- Performance reporting with clear insights and actions
- Paid Media Support (Amazon-focused - Paid Social + PPC experience ideal)
- Build and optimize traffic campaigns that drive to Amazon
- Monitor pacing, CTR, CPC, and CPA performance daily
- Rapid iteration based on creative and audience performance
- Align paid media learnings with Amazon conversion insights
- Communication & Operating Expectations
- Daily monitoring of live campaigns (weekdays)
- Same-day response time to Slack/messages during working hours
- Weekly performance summary with actions, not just data
- Proactive flagging of issues (pacing, CVR drops, ACOS spikes)
- Ability to work within an agency environment and follow structured reporting
- Required Experience
- 4+ years managing Amazon Ads for physical consumer products
- Proven track record improving ACOS, TACOS, and CVR
- Experience with Amazon keyword ranking and organic lift strategies
- Hands-on campaign execution (not strategy-only)
- Experience aligning off-Amazon traffic with Amazon conversion
- Nice to Have
- Experience with DTC product launches on Amazon
- Experience with wellness, consumer electronics, or premium-priced products ($150+)
- Understanding of Meta or TikTok traffic-to-Amazon strategies
- Deliverables & Success Metrics
- ACOS within target range (25–45% during launch phase)
- CVR improvement through listing and keyword optimization
- Clear search term → ranking → sales progression
- Weekly reporting with actionable optimization roadmap
