Amazon Seller Central & PPC Management Expert (Beauty / Skincare Brand)
We are a fast-growing, science-backed skincare brand expanding into the US market and are looking for an experienced Amazon expert to support our launch and drive sustainable sales growth.
We are currently launching with 1 SKU, with a clear roadmap to expand to ~6 SKUs by 2027, and are looking for a long-term partner who can grow with us and scale the account over time.
Scope of Work
1. Account Setup & Configuration
Set up and optimise Amazon Seller Central account
Support Brand Registry enrollment and management
Monitor account health and ensure ongoing compliance with Amazon policies
2. Product Listing Management
Create and optimise high-converting product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend keywords, category selection)
Develop and implement A+ Content (Enhanced Brand Content)
Provide direction on product photography and visual assets
3. Keyword Research & SEO
Conduct keyword research and define indexing strategy
Optimise search terms to improve organic visibility
Monitor and improve organic rankings to support sales growth
4. Advertising Management (PPC)
Plan, launch, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display)
Allocate and manage budgets (within approved limits)
Develop bid strategies and continuously optimise performance to drive revenue growth and improve ROAS
Provide clear reporting on campaign performance
5. Inventory & Pricing Strategy
Provide inventory forecasting guidance and restock recommendations to avoid stockouts and maximise sales
Conduct competitive pricing analysis and recommend pricing strategies to improve conversion
Plan promotions, discounts, and coupon strategies to support revenue growth
6. Performance Reporting & Growth Strategy
Deliver weekly performance reports (sales, advertising metrics, organic ranking, and account health)
Provide insights on whatβs working, what needs improvement, and next actions
Identify opportunities to increase sales, conversion rates, and average order value
Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations focused on scaling revenue
Success Metrics / KPIs
We are looking for a partner who can contribute to measurable growth. Key success metrics include:
Sales growth (month-on-month revenue increase)
ROAS and TACoS improvement
Organic keyword ranking improvements
Conversion rate optimisation
Efficient ad spend and budget utilisation
Account health and compliance
Specific targets will be aligned and agreed together based on category benchmarks, product stage, and budget.
Requirements
Proven experience driving sales growth on Amazon (preferably in beauty/skincare)
Strong understanding of Amazon SEO and PPC
Experience with Brand Registry and A+ Content
Data-driven with strong analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a growing brand
Nice to Have
Experience launching and scaling new brands in the US market
Experience in skincare, beauty, or personal care
Understanding of compliance requirements in cosmetics
