Job Description
The Analyst - Budgeting and FP&A supports the financial analysis and planning activities within the organization. Assists in collecting and analyzing financial data, helps to prepare reports, forecasts, and budgets . Works with financial models to evaluate business performance, identifying trends, and providing insights for decision-making . This role works closely with The Associate Director - Budgeting and FP&A Business Partnering to ensure the accuracy of financial data . Helps to monitor market conditions and economic factors in financial planning.
- Essential Duties
- **Prepare monthly financial reports for senior leaders 20%
- **Create and maintain budget and forecast summary files 20%
- **Assist the Associate Director of Budgeting and FP&A business partnering in analyzing monthly reports for the areas we support 20%
- **Support the planning process by assisting budget owners in budget completion 20%
- **Create ad hoc reports and analysis when needed 20%

Minimum Requirements
- Education
- **Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or Economics
- Years of Related Experience
- **3 or more years in financial analysis

The actual hourly rate offered for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including location, internal equity and the candidates qualifications and professional experience. HFHI offers a competitive, comprehensive benefits package that varies by country and typically includes vacation leave, sick leave, personal days, health insurance options, retirement plan contributions and life insurance. For work locations in the US, the hiring range for this position is $66,390 to $78,100.
Staff hired on a hybrid basis in the United States near Atlanta, Georgia / Washington, DC and Americus, GA), are required to report to the office on Tuesdays.
