The Change Management Analyst role focuses on driving technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and facilitating effective communication across departments.


Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver digital and technology solutions on time and within scope by managing the end-to-end lifecycle and implementing delivery frameworks tailored to business initiatives
  • Act as a liaison between technology, product management and other departments facilitating transparency, communication, and marketing efforts to ensure effective implementation
  • Help resolve impediments with internal departments to support the successful delivery of value in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Partner closely with the Product Management team to align roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans
  • Communicate progress, challenges and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure technical alignment and transparency
  • Promote and implement the use of modern development tools and technologies including test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD)
  • Develop and track key performance indicators to measure and provide regular reports and insights to leadership on team performance, technical debt and progress

Skills

  • Experience in change management and product marketing
  • Strong background in technology delivery, project management, or product ownership
  • Ability to partner closely with Product Management and business stakeholders
  • Experience translating strategic objectives into clear, executable delivery plans
  • Comfortable using metrics and KPIs to measure team performance, delivery velocity, and value realization
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to communicate progress, outcomes, and risks clearly to senior leadership
