Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and strategic Client Solutions professional to drive growth and deepen client relationships across the Japan and Korea market. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end expert engagement delivery, providing high-value consulting insights, and expanding our footprint with both local and global clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-regional teams to ensure exceptional service and contribute directly to revenue growth and client retention. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and is passionate about delivering tangible business impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Expert Network & Client Engagement Management Manage the end-to-end process of matching clients with top-tier industry experts across China, SEA, Japan, Korea, India,EMEA and Americas. Exercise informed judgment to grow key client accounts through strategic expert recommendations and consultation support. Ensure high-quality, timely, and compliant delivery of expert insights to meet client research and strategic needs. 2. Consulting Service Delivery Provide direct consulting support to global corporate clients, including competitive analysis, industry benchmarking, Japan /Korea go-to-market strategy, and other strategic projects. Translate client objectives into clear research and advisory solutions, delivering actionable insights. 3. Client Retention & Revenue Expansion Lead renewal discussions and proactively engage dormant accounts to maximize client activation and retention. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to deepen partnerships and drive revenue growth. 4. Business Development & Cross-Regional Collaboration Develop new client relationships within Japan/Korea seeking international expert insights. Collaborate with Strategic Client Solutions teams across regions to deliver seamless, globally integrated service. Enhance client stickiness through exceptional service and tailored engagement strategies. 5. Strategic Initiatives & Adaptability Contribute to innovative projects and process improvements in line with company transformation goals. Maintain a client-centric, results-driven approach while adapting swiftly to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
