Nasdaq is a leading global technology company, and they are seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to support strategic and financial analyses that drive growth and enhance organizational value. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the M&A deal process, conducting financial modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Support all aspects of the M&A deal process, including identifying, evaluating, and executing potential capital deployment opportunities and related integration efforts Conduct financial modeling, due diligence, and industry research to inform strategic decisions Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior leadership and the Board Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement post-deal integration plans and strategic initiatives Analyze market trends and support ad hoc corporate finance analyses and strategic projects Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or corporate development Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset High attention to detail and intellectual curiosity Prior M&A transaction experience; buy-side experience a plus Experience in capital markets, financial technology, or related industries Benefits 401(k) program with 6% employer match Employee Stock Purchase Program with 15% discount Student loan repayment program up to $10k Company paid life and disability plans Generous paid time off
