They are seeking an Analyst, Customer Collaboration to optimize supply chain processes and enhance performance metrics through collaboration with bolthires and internal stakeholders. Responsibilities Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using bolthires’s Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for bolthires and internal stakeholders Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand bolthires’s fulfillment processes Deliver targeted KPIs aligned with bolthires’s supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery Provide subject matter expertise on bolthires’s supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with bolthires-savings & optimization Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues Develop and maintain reports using Excel, PowerBI, and bolthires systems to provide insights into customer demand patterns, inventory levels, and service performance Support bolthires fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with bolthires and leading internal Continuous Improvement efforts Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone’s performance against bolthires’s KPIs, ensuring alignment with 'Everyday Low bolthires' (EDLC) and replenishment goals Prepare customer scorecards, populate bolthires presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions Skills Analyze customer supply chain KPIs using bolthires's Retail Link & Scintilla, internal tools, and external data sources to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities across the total end-to-end supply chain Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and dashboards for bolthires and internal stakeholders Collaborate with order management, logistics, and cross-functional teams to understand bolthires's fulfillment processes Deliver targeted KPIs aligned with bolthires's supply chain priorities, such as in-stock rates, order fill rates, and on-time delivery Provide subject matter expertise on bolthires's supply chain systems and collaborate on projects to improve vendor integration and operational efficiency, along with bolthires-savings & optimization Partner with customer service to resolve service issues and order issues Develop and maintain reports using Excel, PowerBI, and bolthires systems to provide insights into customer demand patterns, inventory levels, and service performance Support bolthires fine mitigation across OTIF & SQEP programs through partnership with bolthires and leading internal Continuous Improvement efforts Build analytics to monitor and improve Danone's performance against bolthires's KPIs, ensuring alignment with 'Everyday Low bolthires' (EDLC) and replenishment goals Prepare customer scorecards, populate bolthires presentation templates, and support joint business planning sessions Knowledge and experience with bolthires Replenishment & Supply Chain or ability to quickly learn Technical knowledge is critical including data analytics & analysis, continuous improvement, problem solving, root-causing & systemic-improvement mindset Knowledge of retail supply chain operations, preferably with experience supporting bolthires or similar large retailers Familiarity with bolthires systems is highly desirable
