Full Glass Wine (FGW) is a venture-backed brand acquisition and management firm focused on rapidly acquiring direct-to-consumer (“DTC”) wine companies. We are revolutionizing the DTC wine industry with a focus on leveraging strategic investments to drive growth and operational efficiency, ensuring each brand reaches its full potential while maintaining its unique identity.
The Analyst, Data Visualization (Tableau) will serve as the company’s Tableau subject matter expert and primary dashboard architect. This role is responsible for consolidating reporting from multiple BI tools into high-quality Tableau dashboards that power executive decision-making.
This is not just a dashboard-building role, it is a data storytelling role. The ideal candidate will combine strong SQL and technical expertise with a deep understanding of visualization best practices, metric consistency, and stakeholder alignment.
Oversight And Responsibilities
- BI Consolidation & Tableau Standardization
- Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Ensure visualizations follow best practices in data visualization and UX
- Document dashboards, metrics definitions, and data sources
- Migrate and consolidate dashboards from legacy BI tools (Looker, Looker Studio, Qlik, QuickSight, etc.) into Tableau
- Establish Tableau as the single source of truth for executive and operational reporting.
- Create standardized dashboard templates and reusable components.
- Executive Dashboard Development
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and iterate on dashboard design
- Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards supporting:
- Executive KPI reporting
- eCommerce performance
- Marketing channel analytics
- Inventory & operations performance
- Financial metrics
- Ensure dashboards are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned with best practices in data visualization and UX.
- Translate complex datasets into actionable business insights.
- SQL & Data Preparation
- Write advanced SQL queries to extract and transform data from:
- Snowflake
- MySQL
- Other cloud-based databases
- Support ad hoc analysis using advanced SQL techniques (window functions, aggregations, joins across large datasets).
- Data Documentation
- Document:
- Dashboard definitions
- Metric logic
- Data sources
- Data transformation processes
- Ensure consistency in KPI definitions across brands and teams.
- Partner with Data Engineering to maintain clean, reliable data pipelines.
- Maintain a data dictionary and reporting standards library.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Executive teams to gather requirements
- Present dashboards and insights to stakeholders when needed.
- Provide training and guidance on Tableau usage.
- Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
- 2+ years of experience in data visualization
- Advanced Tableau proficiency (Tableau Desktop + Tableau Server / Cloud).
- Strong SQL expertise with demonstrated experience querying large datasets.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake preferred).
- Strong understanding of data modeling and relational databases.
- Ability to design dashboards aligned with visualization best practices.

- Experience in eCommerce or DTC environments.
- Familiarity with marketing performance data (Meta, Google, email, LTV, CAC).
- Experience consolidating reporting ecosystems.
- Experience supporting executive-level reporting environments.
