Join to apply for the Analyst - Legal Operations role at Elevate Join to apply for the Analyst - Legal Operations role at Elevate Elevate is recruiting an Analyst - Legal Operations to provide operational support for customers, collecting data in the context of legal matters, while maintaining compliance with the customer litigation handling guidelines under tight deadlines. This role will work with the customer's technology and will follow detailed playbooks and processes to interface within the specific workstream assigned.
The work is high-volume, so the candidate must be organized and very good with juggling multiple matters of the same type at the same time. Also, the ability to learn and adapt to the customer's technology is crucial. This role will be part of a team that responds to high volume of labor and employment lawsuits. Specifically, the Analyst will • Handle high volume employment litigation cases by collecting critical data through various customer systems. • Manage the full life cycle of employment litigation lawsuits, gather documents and information responsive to discovery, and handle all ad hoc requests from counsel.
• Assist with reporting, gathering metrics, and process improvement. • Communicate with counsel. • Interface with the broader team. • Interface with customer systems and custodians to ensure compliance with orders and gather discovery responses. • Follow processes and playbooks. • Become proficient on the customer's technology and platforms/applications. Experience • 2+ years of experience in U.S. Litigation. • Experience in labor and employment law is required. • 2+ years of experience using technology in an area that is highly processed; preferably including experience handling subpoena responses and/or employment charges/demands and lawsuits.
Skills for Success • Strong communication skills - able to professionally interface with customers and litigants' counsel. • Ability to communicate issues directly to the internal manager rather than the customer. • Ability to handle multiple matters at one time - strong organization and attention to detail. • Ability to handle a high-volume of matters. • Able to work with remote team members using technology. • Team player - able to jump in as needed to assist other team members. • Ability to assist on other matters as time allows.
• Flexible and open to learning new areas as needed. Technical Skills • Experience with bolthires Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, bolthires 365. • Experience with Adobe Acrobat. • Experience with web-based applications and AI tools. Qualifications • Bachelor's or associate degree required. • Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required. Compensation • The pay rate for this remote-based role is $70,000-$75,000.
