Job Description

DaVita Kidney Care is focused on enhancing provider partnerships through exceptional engagement experiences. The Analyst, Partner Engagement, will support this mission by translating data into compelling narratives and providing insights to improve partnerships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development, implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement of key initiatives that strengthen provider partnerships
Manage the rounding data database, ensuring data integrity and accessibility
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of rounding data and other datasets to identify actionable insights and trends
Translate complex data and analysis into clear, compelling narratives and effective visuals for a variety of audiences, including senior leadership
Create data-driven stories that demonstrate the impact of our engagement efforts
Work collaboratively with a broad set of cross-functional stakeholders and partners to drive the successful planning and implementation of your work and other common priorities

Skills

Bachelor's degree (required)
1-2 years of relevant data analyst experience (required)
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills (required)
Resourceful, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, and has an innate desire to learn (required)
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including complex formulas) and PowerPoint; intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Outlook (required)
Healthcare background, interest, or educational experiences (preferred)
Demonstrated experience working with multi-disciplinary teams, including operations, finance, clinical, and compliance (preferred)
