The Analyst, Transformation Office will support enterprise transformation efforts by conducting strategic analysis, financial modeling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on initiatives that drive growth and operational efficiency. Responsibilities Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking in support of business units’ strategic initiatives Build financial models and prepare business cases to evaluate strategic options and quantify potential impact Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives and drive rapid execution Synthesize data and insights into clear and actionable recommendations Monitor the performance of strategic initiatives, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and value realization Skills Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Business, other relevant field, or equivalent Internship or early career experience (1-2 years) in finance, strategy/corporate development, or similar analytically-based role preferred Robust analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively present to business partners Ability to work independently and as a team member under deadline pressures; sets priorities, multitask and respond to changing demands from multiple sources Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a deadline and execution driven focus Benefits Robust health plans Market-leading 401(k) program with a company contribution Product discounts Flexible time off benefits (including half-day summer Fridays per policy) Inclusive fertility / adoption benefits Company Overview Fortune Brands Innovations is an industry-leading home, security and digital products company.
