Responsibilities Apply financial analysis and modeling skills to support strategic planning, assess business cases, and deliver actionable insights for client challenges Participate in the end-to-end client service lifecycle, from research and analysis to project delivery and reporting, while building relationships with colleagues and clients Skills Are working towards completing a post-secondary degree or diploma by September 2026, with outstanding academic credentials Demonstrate aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis, such as financial analysis or modeling, market research and analysis, project problem diagnosis & solution development Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal), including experience in conducting research, synthesizing data, writing reports, and preparing presentations Possess excellent problem solving, project management and interpersonal skills and ability to work in an ambiguous environment Have high proficiency in bolthires Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc.) Are graduating from September 2025 - August 2026, to be eligible for this role Have a solid foundation in accounting, corporate finance, and financial analysis Demonstrate proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and reporting Have experience supporting transaction execution, due diligence, and financial assessments Are detail-oriented, organized, and adept at working with large data sets Can communicate financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences Working towards completing an undergraduate degree and pre-requisites to enter the CPA
