Covered California is seeking an Analytics and Reporting Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to support various divisions and senior management, helping to shape key business decisions through research and data analytics.
Responsibilities
- Provide data-driven insights to support other divisions within Covered California, senior management, and external partners, helping shape key business decisions
Skills
- Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills sufficient to perform the duties described in the duty statement
- Ability to apply knowledge of research methods, techniques, application of computerized models to research data; statistical and other methods used in the analysis; survey methods and analytical techniques, and operations research methods
- Knowledge of computer and statistical programs (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; SQL, Python, R, etc.) for data analysis, report writing, and slide presentations
- Excellent writing skills and ability to compose clear and concise reports summarizing research findings and to make recommendations
- Ability to apply creative and critical thinking skills to problem resolution
