The role involves processing annuity contracts while ensuring quality and consistency, working closely with business partners in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Handle underwriting good order requirements Keying and issuing annuity new business contracts Preparing Letter of Acceptance packets for fixed, fixed indexed, and variable contracts Balancing quality, speed, and customer satisfaction in a high-volume setting Skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to learn quickly and make fact-based decisions Comfort working under tight deadlines and ambiguity Time management skills and drive for continuous improvement Great communication skills and a team-first mindset Ability to build and maintain customer and partner relationships Technical knowledge related to annuities Benefits Free Parking Health benefits Company Overview Randstad is the world’s largest talent company and a partner of choice to clients.
