Today, 300+ brands like Boots, Lancôme, Lidl, and Peloton trust YOOBIC to improve operations and customer experience.With strong funding and continued growth, we’re expanding our team.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Success Manager (PSM) to join our team remotely and support customers across Europe and North America.This role focuses on technical execution and platform optimization for a high volume of mid-tier customers. You’ll work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to ensure customers are set up for success and getting the most value from YOOBIC.What You’ll DoPlatform Setup & OptimizationConfigure and maintain customer environments (users, workflows, automation)Set up dashboards aligned with KPIsEnsure accounts follow best practices and maintain data qualityCustomer Support & ExecutionManage multiple customer accounts with lower complexityIdentify and implement improvements to increase adoptionAct as the first point of technical support before escalationAudits & ImprovementsReview environments to identify gaps in usage or setupSuggest and implement improvementsHelp reduce risks that could impact renewalsReporting & Value DeliverySupport reporting and dashboard accuracyAssist with client reviews and performance trackingTraining & AdoptionTrain admins and end users on the platformSupport rollout of new featuresEnsure features are being used effectivelyScaling & CollaborationSupport platform expansions (new modules, workflows, scaling)Work closely with Customer Success and Product teamsFollow clear prioritization and escalation processesDocumentationKeep clear records of configurations and changesContribute to internal best practicesWhat We’re Looking ForBackground in technical, analytical, or related fields (Engineering, CS, Economics, etc.)Experience with SaaS tools and platform configurationStrong attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple tasks and customers at onceProblem-solving mindsetAbility to explain technical concepts to non-technical usersExperience with training or onboarding is a plusComfortable working in a fast-paced, global environmentLanguagesEnglish is requiredAdditional languages are a plus (especially French, German, Italian, Portuguese, or Spanish)Working HoursMonday to Friday, standard business hours (9 AM – 6 PM)Work aligned with your customer’s time zoneNo night shifts requiredFully remote (no in-person meetings required)
