Charlotte Apartment Finders is the leading apartment locating team in North Carolina, helping renters find the right apartment or townhome at no cost to them. As an Apartment Locator, you’ll guide renters through the search process, manage your pipeline, and accompany prospects on tours while benefiting from strong lead flow and training. Responsibilities Guiding renters through the search process from first call to move-in Accompanying prospects on apartment tours (Tours are led by on-site staff) Following up with leads via phone, text, and email (speed matters) Matching clients with the right properties based on lifestyle, budget, and priorities Managing your pipeline through our custom-built CRM Attending weekly team trainings and meetings (Mondays at 11AM) Optionally participating in video tours and social content (highly effective for growth) Skills Sales experience or a serious drive to break into sales Strong communication and client-facing confidence Knowledge of Charlotte neighborhoods (or willingness to learn quickly) Self-motivation and time management skills Comfort with tech: CRM tools, email, mobile apps Willingness to obtain a North Carolina real estate license within 60 days Real estate, leasing, or property management experience Social media skills (TikTok/Instagram property tours) Ability to create short, engaging apartment walkthrough videos Experience working a pipeline and staying organized in a CRM Benefits Performance bonuses and growth incentives available Company Overview Charlotte Apartment Finders partners with multifamily owners, managers, and developers to drive qualified traffic, signed leases, and measurable results.
