Apple Ads - Platform Specialist
Job Summary: We are looking for a high-level Apple Ads specialist. You will be responsible for managing high-scale Apple Ads campaigns while ensuring full synergy with App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies. Your primary goal is to leverage our internal tools and strategies to maximize ROAS, CPI efficiency, and spend for our top-tier clients.

Role description
This is a remote contract/part-time position that can lead to a full-time gig. Most of our clients are in the U.S., but our team is spread across the world so we encourage you to apply regardless of where you are from.
As an Apple Ads - Platform Specialist, you will lead the strategic management and scaling of high-impact Apple Ads campaigns. This role is at the heart of our growth engine, requiring a deep understanding of the synergy between paid performance and organic visibility. You will not work in a silo, rather, this is a collaborative role with ASO Managers to align keyword strategies and with Designers to develop high-converting Custom Product Pages (CPPs). Your mission is to leverage our internal tools for keyword mining and automation to maximize paid campaign efficiency, outsmart the competition in the auction, and deliver world-class ROI for our clients.
Qualifications
We have no interest in your full job history, your degrees, or what school you went to. We're simply looking for the best mobile marketers in the world, regardless of background. We would rather see proof of work than a CV.
Still, we do have some requirements:
Proficient English, more languages are a plus.
Advanced Apple Ads & related platforms mastery: Extensive experience managing Apple Ads at scale, using platforms like SplitMetrics for automations and rules, and tying spend with revenue with MMPs such as AppsFlyer.
Familiarity with privacy-first attribution (SKAdNetwork, conversion value mapping, postbacks) and how to make optimization decisions under limited signal.
ASO synergy: Deep understanding of the Apple Ads/ASO relationship, with a track record of collaborating with ASO Managers on keywords and Designers.
Analytical & AI curious: Strong data skills to interpret auction insights and a proactive mindset for using AI tools to optimize daily workflows and performance (or a strong willingness to learn how to leverage AI daily).
