Mosaic North America is a leading global appliance brand seeking a passionate and driven Appliance Field Sales Representative. This hybrid role combines field sales activities with in-store training and support for clients and retailers, focusing on building strong relationships and promoting brand awareness.


Responsibilities

  • Execute a hybrid field role , balancing on-the-road sales activities with in-field training, coaching, and client/store support
  • Manage day-to-day client liaison at a retail level
  • Foster strong relationships with retailers
  • Provide coaching to Sales Representatives
  • Train retailer staff
  • Conduct pre-scheduled weekly training sessions
  • Provide weekly sales assists at retail locations
  • Gather market analysis and report market trends on product perception
  • Plan and facilitate training and product launch meetings
  • Ensure stock levels meet product demand and report accordingly
  • Support marketing initiatives through direct contact with sales points
  • Resolve issues affecting brand integrity and presence
  • Provide feedback to the Regional Field Manager and client
  • Support go-to-market planning and promotional field activities
  • Set up promotional materials and support dealers through incentive programs
  • Provide strategic input to leverage the client brand
  • Execute merchandising standards
  • Facilitate training at trade shows and events as required

Skills

  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies
  • Experience using various software programs and tools
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field
  • Sales experience in home appliances is an asset
  • Experience within the Home Appliance sector
  • Direct appliance industry experience (Retail or Manufacturer) – asset, not mandatory
  • Consumer electronics experience (Retail or Manufacturer)
  • Previous formal training or instructional experience
  • Durable goods or high-value retail sales experience
  • Outbound sales representative experience
  • Field Sales Representative experience
  • Proven success training and motivating sales teams
  • Available to travel within the market as part of a hybrid field-based role (must love being on the road)
  • Recent college or university graduate considered an asset
