Application Analyst Invision Patient Accounting & Management Our client is seeking an experienced Application Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Health/Cerner Invision to support and optimize critical patient accounting and management systems. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in complex healthcare environments and brings a strong track record of successful system support and transitions. This is a fully remote opportunity. Position Overview The Application Analyst will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing Invision Patient Accounting (IPA) and Patient Management (IPM) applications. This individual will play a key role in ensuring system reliability, improving workflows, and supporting organizational initiatives including upgrades and data migrations. Key Responsibilities Provide advanced support and troubleshooting for Oracle Health/Cerner Invision applications in a live healthcare environment Analyze and optimize system workflows to improve efficiency and user experience Respond to user requests and resolve technical and functional issues in a timely manner Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support system enhancements and operational needs Participate in system testing, upgrades, and implementation activities Maintain accurate system documentation, including workflows and procedures Generate and analyze reports to support business and operational decision-making Support data migration efforts, ensuring data integrity and continuity Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience supporting Oracle Health/Cerner Invision applications Demonstrated success supporting systems in live production healthcare environments 5+ years of experience supporting or transitioning similar healthcare organizations Strong understanding of patient accounting and patient management workflows Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system and user issues Supported Applications Oracle Health/Cerner Invision Patient Accounting (IPA) Oracle Health/Cerner Invision Patient Management (IPM) Ideal Candidate Strong problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-impact healthcare environments Experience supporting system transitions or large-scale organizational changes Start Date: Position Type: Contractor Experience: Education: Travel: None Vacation: Contact Name: Amanda Newton Type: Recruiter Company: Impact Consulting Solutions, Inc.
