We're looking for a hands-on Application Developer to join a growing technology team in the Austin area. This role is focused on custom ERP development, API integrations, workflow automation, and business application solutions using modern cloud and low-code platforms.
You'll work on Python development, PL/SQL for ERP systems, REST APIs, and Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps & Power Automate) to build scalable solutions that streamline business processes.
- What You'll Do
- Develop custom ERP applications and database-driven workflows using Python and PL/SQL
- Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between ERP, enterprise applications, and cloud platforms
- Design and develop Power Platform solutions (PowerApps, Power Automate) for automation and workflow improvements
- Create user-friendly interfaces and workflows that enhance usability and productivity
- Troubleshoot and optimize performance across ERP and integrated systems
- Participate in testing, deployments, and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Python development
- ERP system development experience
- Strong PL/SQL and SQL/database skills
- Experience with REST APIs and system integrations
- Hands-on experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
- Ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise application and ERP environments
- Familiarity with authentication protocols (OAuth2, SSO, SAML) Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise application architectures
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Prior experience in ERP integration projects Experience
- 5+ years of application development experience
- Proven ability to build custom ERP solutions, integrations, and automation workflows
- Experience supporting enterprise systems in production environments
