Responsibilities
ΓΒ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
ΓΒ Identify customersΓΒ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
ΓΒ Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
ΓΒ Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
ΓΒ Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Qualifications
ΓΒ Previous experience in a customer support role
ΓΒ Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
ΓΒ Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
ΓΒ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
ΓΒ Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
ΓΒ High school degree

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $33.00 - $38.00/hour.
