Job DescriptionThe Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager directly supports the maintenance and reliability strategies and initiatives for all of the companyรยs manufacturing facilities. This position implements programs to advance equipment reliability as well as the maintenance teamsรย capabilities. The Corporate Maintenance and Reliability Manager identifies gaps in training, processes... tools, and spare parts to develop and implement solutions. The position leads root cause analysis work and partners with the local Operations teams to implement effective preventative measures as well as provide guidance for capital planning.
Responsibilities:
รย Implement structured problem-solving techniques to provide leadership and training to increase knowledge on the best maintenance practices
รย Provide support to maintenance managers with day-to-day operations
รย Support Maintenance Teams on the development of a priority ranking of equipment and utilization of SAP/CONA-PM systems
รย Conduct gap assessments of maintenance practices across facilities and provide feedback to correct and/or improve the local team practices
รย Provide technical expertise to reduce Mean Time to Repair
