Appointment Setter / Call Answering Specialist
Paint Protection Film & Auto Restyling Shop – Fresno, CA
Job Type: Part-Time (Remote or In-Office)
Schedule: Weekdays during business hours (flexible)
Pay: Hourly + performance bonus per booked appointment
About Us
We are a professional auto restyling shop in Fresno specializing in Paint Protection Film (PPF), Ceramic Coatings, and Window Tint. Most of our leads come in by phone, and we’re looking for a reliable appointment setter to make sure no call goes unanswered.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answer incoming phone calls from potential customers
Greet callers professionally and represent the shop brand
Ask basic qualifying questions (vehicle type, year, service needed)
Provide high-level info on services (scripts provided)
Schedule appointments on our calendar
Capture customer info accurately (name, phone, vehicle details)
Follow up on missed calls or voicemails when needed
What We’re Looking For
Clear, friendly phone voice (this matters a lot)
Comfortable talking to customers about cars and services
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable and punctual during assigned hours
Experience as a receptionist, appointment setter, or call center rep is a plus
Experience with auto shops, tint, PPF, detailing, or home services is a big bonus
Tools You’ll Use
Phone system or call forwarding (provided)
Scheduling/calendar software
Simple CRM or call log (training provided)

Calls are answered live (or returned quickly)
Appointments are booked correctly
Customers feel helped, not rushed
No more missed leads due to unanswered phones
