Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and professional Scheduler to support our
enrollment operations team. This role is critical in driving employee engagement and
participation by coordinating one-on-one benefits enrollment appointments.
The Scheduler will proactively reach out to employees via phone, email, and text to assist
with booking their benefits enrollment sessions, reduce no-show rates, and ensure
- seamless coordination with our Benefit Counselors.What success look like in this role:
- High volume of calls handled daily
- High scheduling conversion rate
- Low no-show rate
- Strong follow-up discipline (no dropped leads)
- Efficient calendar utilization
- RequirementsExperience
- Preferred - Experience in employee benefits, insurance, or HR-related fields
- Preferred - Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and enrollment processes
- Preferred - Experience using Zoom Phone or similar dialing systems
- Experience in customer service, scheduling, call center, or administrative roles
- Qualifications
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) – C1 English level
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional tone
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling tools and Microsoft Excel
