You will act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best service and assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Ā Appointment Scheduling: Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Ā Live Chat Support: Engage with clients via live chat, answering inquiries, offering assistance, and providing product/service information.
Ā Customer Interaction: Provide professional and courteous communication to clients, ensuring they have a smooth experience from start to finish.
Ā Data Entry: Accurately input appointment details, client information, and feedback into the CRM or other internal systems.
Ā Follow-up: Send reminders or follow-up messages to clients about their appointments or inquiries.
Ā Problem Resolution: Address any customer issues or concerns and escalate when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
Ā Collaboration: Work closely with sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and high service standards.
Ā Maintain Records: Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all interactions with clients.
