You will act as a key point of contact for potential and existing clients, ensuring they receive the best service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
Ā• Appointment Scheduling: Set, confirm, and reschedule appointments for clients through phone calls, emails, and live chat.
Ā• Live Chat Support: Engage with clients via live chat, answering inquiries, offering assistance, and providing product/service information.
