You’ll be cold calling professional service providers, qualifying them, and booking appointments that lead to real deals—and you get paid on every win.

This is a remote, performance-driven role with a base draw to support you, but your income is tied to production. If you can deliver, your earning potential is unmatched.

    What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Making 150–200+ cold calls per day to business owners across the U.S.
  • Navigating gatekeepers and getting to decision-makers
  • Using proven scripts while sounding confident, natural, and persuasive
  • Managing your CRM, following up, and owning your metrics
  • Booking qualified appointments that lead to sales—and getting paid for them
    You’re a Fit If You:
  • Have 2+ years of outbound B2B cold calling or appointment setting
  • Speak clearly and confidently with a strong, professional presence
  • Know how to qualify leads, not just pitch—your appointments show up and convert
  • Are self-managed, organized, and numbers-driven
  • Want to be paid based on production, not empty promises or “potential”
