Join a leading medical device and supplies company as a Collections Representative. This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic Accounts Receivable (AR) team during a period of growth. - Responsibilities
- Assist in cleaning up the backlog of Accounts Receivable invoices.
- Follow up with escalated accounts to ensure payment of past due balances.
- Process and print copies of invoices for 50-100 customers.
- Perform ad hoc Excel tasks, including creating charts, graphs, data manipulation, and subtotaling of customers' financial information.
- Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, with a career path interest in Accounting and Finance.
- Proficiency in Excel, particularly in using vlookups and pivot tables.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a corporate setting.
- Nice-to-haves
- Customer-oriented approach.
- Experience with ERP systems, with SAP being a major plus.
- Hands-on experience in a corporate environment.
