All Jobs > Accounting Supervisor Arbitersports LLC Apply Accounting Supervisor Fully Remote • Remote Worker - N/A Apply Description Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to lead and mature a segment of the accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys building structure from ambiguity, and is motivated by both strategic impact and day-to-day execution. You will: Assist in the preparation of monthly GAAP financial statements Supervise Accounts Payable Work closely with team on Audit & Tax related items Key Responsibilities Financial Operations & Reporting Assist in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Assist in preparation of Board-level reporting packages, including: Revenue, margin, and product line performance Customer metrics (e.g., churn, ACV) Ensure accuracy of income statement accounts Accounting & Compliance Oversee accounts payable processes Manage bank and credit card reconciliations Oversee sales/use tax filings Support preparation of federal and state income tax filings Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness Process Improvement & Automation Identify automation and efficiency improvements across accounting workflows Partner with Finance team to improve financial data quality, reporting accuracy, and operational visibility Leadership & Partnership Collaborate closely with the Finance team Support leadership in building a scalable financial infrastructure Monitor and train the accounting personnel Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP systems) Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience managing month-end close and reconciliations Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, modeling) Cellphone or personal device to receive MFA (multi-factor authentication) texts or calls. Have an internet connection that’s adequate for their job, a minimum of 10Mbps down.
