They are looking for a Program Manager to establish and ensure the sustainability of an AI Center of Excellence, aiding the client's operational efficiency.
In this role you can expect to... have the responsibilities:
Β Manage overall program and project management activities for timely communication and execution
Β Oversee the development and maintenance of program charters, project plans, and risk mitigation strategies
Β Implement continuous improvement protocols for AI projects and initiatives
Β Develop a comprehensive program roadmap with milestones and timelines
Β Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives and KPIs
Β Oversee multiple projects ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
Β Utilize project management methodologies for resource allocation and risk management
Β Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Β Develop training and resource plans and best practices documentation
Β Conduct stakeholder meetings to promote AI technology adoption
Β Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in AI initiatives
Β Track and analyze program performance using data-driven insights
Β Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders
Β Implement feedback mechanisms to incorporate lessons into future programs
Β Stay updated with latest AI advancements and provide technical guidance
Β Evaluate and recommend AI tools and frameworks

This role requires you to have:
Β Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Β 5+ years of experience in program and project management
Β Strong understanding of AI technologies and machine learning frameworks
Β Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory considerations in AI
Β Proven record of managing complex programs
Β Excellent communication and leadership skills
Β Ability to work in fast-paced environments and handle multiple priorities
Β Ability to obtain a DOE Q-Clearance

Β PMP or PgMP certification
Β Experience in a national laboratory setting
