Company Description Lynk Markets is a fast-growing global fintech operating across multiple jurisdictions. Our Legal team works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to enable scale with strong governance, efficiency, and thoughtful risk management β in a fully remote environment. Role Description We are hiring a Senior Legal Counsel (Capital Markets / Structured Finance / Funds) to lead complex cross-border transactions and support the expansion of our capital markets activities. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role in a lean legal team, working directly with key business stakeholders and external counsel. Work model: Fully remote (preference for US Eastern Time) Seniority: ~6β9 years of relevant experience (or equivalent) Key Responsibilities β’ Lead and manage capital markets / structured finance transactions end-to-end, coordinating internal stakeholders and external counsel. β’ Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation (as applicable), including: issuance programmes and related documents (including SPV documentation); offering/transaction documents and disclosures; derivatives documentation and related agreements; and brokerage, custody and other financial services agreements. β’ Support fund-related legal work, including service provider agreements, disclosures, and regulatory documentation/filings (as applicable). β’ Provide pragmatic regulatory/compliance guidance relevant to Lynkβs products and counterparties in a cross-border setting. β’ Manage negotiations with issuers, counterparties, brokers, administrators and other service providers, ensuring clear risk allocation and efficient execution. β’ Contribute to building scalable internal templates, playbooks and legal processes as the business grows. Qualifications β’ 7β10 years of relevant legal experience (law firm and/or in-house), with strong exposure to corporate, commercial contracting, regulatory and/or compliance matters. β’ Excellent English drafting and negotiation skills. β’ Proactive, organized, and comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. β’ Strong stakeholder management skills and a practical, business-oriented mindset. Nice to Have β’ U.S.-qualified attorney or substantial U.S.-related transactional/regulatory experience. β’ Experience with cross-border structures involving Cayman. β’ Prior experience in fintech, financial services, or technology environments.
