We are ranked within the top 50 largest convenience store chains in the country, operating 150+ company-operated locations throughout New England and ranked within the top 10 largest car wash chains in the country POSITION TITLE: Asphalt/ Concrete Tech LOCATION: New England DESCRIPTION: Nouria Energy is a fast-paced, fast-growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating over 185 locations from Maine into Connecticut and 133 locations from North Carolina to Florida border, with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated Asphalt and Concrete Technician to join our field operations team. This role is responsible for performing asphalt and concrete repairs, supporting snow plowing operations during winter months and assisting with landscape-related work as needed. This person should be highly motivated, energetic, safety- focused and comfortable working outdoors year-round. If this mirrors who you are, then come grow with us. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Candidates must be able to independently carry out the duties and responsibilities listed below at a satisfactory level. Ability to safely perform asphalt and concrete repairs, including patching, removal, replacement, crack sealing and finish work. Operate tools and equipment related to asphalt and concrete installation and repair. Prepare job sites, including grading, base preparation, and cleanup. Inspect asphalt paving, repairs and patchwork for proper application, thickness and finish. Support preventive maintenance programs to extend pavement life across sites. Perform snow plowing and ice management during winter/off season. Operate a variety of mechanical equipment including but not limited to skid steers, back hoes, dump trailers, and others. Assist with light landscape work such as grading, edging, site prep, and general grounds maintenance. Conduct daily inspections and maintenance of vehicles, tools and equipment. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and industry best practices. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time and to ensure it conforms with Nouria standards. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School diploma required. Minimum 3 years of experience in asphalt and/or concrete repair or installation. Proven experience with snow plowing and winter maintenance . Basic landscape experience (maintenance). Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and various equipment. Valid drivers license; CDL is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. JOB RELATED REQUIREMENTS: Ability to work both independently with little supervision, and as part of a team. Strong verbal communication and written skills. Ability to lift 50lbs. Ability to work extended hours during peak season and snow events. Ability to walk, stand, crouch for long periods of time. Ability to work after hours or weekends when deemed necessary. Comply with all company policies & procedures. Always wear appropriate protective equipment.
