- Responsibilities
- Assemble and test components and products according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Inspect and troubleshoot products for defects or malfunctions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve assembly processes and product quality
- Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Basic computer skills
- Nice-to-haves
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical certification or vocational training in a related field
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing ethic
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
