Job Description
We are a real estate investment company hiring a Head of Asset Management to build deal level financial models, underwrite acquisitions, and control exit strategy decisions. This is not a freelance analyst role. This is a long term leadership seat. ⸻ What You Will Own • Build spreadsheet models to analyze potential deals • Model multiple exit strategies per property • Analyze purchase price, rehab, holding costs, timing, and profit • Run scenario and downside analysis • Approve or reject deals based on modeled outcomes • Guide disposition pricing and portfolio risk If the numbers do not work, the deal does not move forward.
⸻ Required Experience • 3+ years underwriting residential investment deals • Proven ability to build financial spreadsheets independently • Experience with distressed assets and multiple exit strategies • Strong analytical and decision making skills ⸻ Screening Process • Predictive Index assessment • Real deal modeling and underwriting test • Live challenge interview ⸻
