About the position

Ā• Complete required training for bank and branch policies and procedures.

Ā• Interpret documents such as safety rules and loan documents.

Ā• Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.

Ā• Define and offer solutions to resolve problems.

Ā• Make calls to clients and prospects to meet branch calling goals.

Ā• Interpret data to evaluate lending ratios and product opportunities.

Requirements
Ā• High school diploma or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ā• Strong leadership skills and great organizational skills.

Ā• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

Ā• Ability to motivate and develop the branch team.
,
Ā• Experience with extensive customer contact is required.

Ā• Ability to convey bank strategy and technique via the Peoples Coaching Model.

Ā• Flexibility and teamwork with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Ā• Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with partners.
