The Assistant will support the National Video/Audio Investment Team in managing clients' TV and audio commercials, ensuring timely airing and payment of bills while building relationships with media partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist buyers and supervisors on day-to-day tasks
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for all changes with all media partners
- Maintaining a monthly budget
- Be comfortable being responsible for multi-million dollar budgets
Skills
- Passion for TV shows/programs and Streaming Video platforms such as Hulu, Tubi, Pluto, etc
- Strong desire to learn about the business of TV/streaming video and the entertainment industry
- Communicative and personable
- Strong multi-tasker and extremely detail-oriented
- Proactive and willing to ask questions
- Curious about the overall impact of your work
- Willing to go the extra mile for your team
- Committed to the team, even if that means staying late sometimes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet firm deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong people skills
- Quick learner
- Strong math and financial management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) is highly desirable
