About the position
The Assistant – Revenue Operations is an integral part of Latham’s Billing team. This role will be responsible for supporting Billing leadership in all aspects of the billing process, while processing Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) write-offs as appropriate. This role will be located in our New York office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence.
- Responsibilities
- Applying Billed On Account balances as requested
- Processing time/costs transfers and narrative edits to timecards as required
- Liaising with Billing Coordinators to ensure all invoices are generated and queries are responded to in a timely manner
- Managing shared mailbox to ensure that all queries and requests are addressed in a punctual manner
- Assisting with data input into financial systems
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains
- Requirements
- Display the ability to communicate confidently and effectively at all levels within an organization
- Demonstrate the ability to manage own workload and prioritize in order to meet deadlines
- Possess strong technology skills including knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Nice-to-haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably
- Prior work experience in a professional services environment, preferably
- Experience using financial systems, preferably
