Responsibilities Develop analytical and reporting frameworks Create and deliver recurring management reporting and deepdive analysis Collaborate with product and strategy teams Design and develop data models Analyze financial data sets to discover underlying correlations and trends Create new customer segments to drive business initiatives Identify and track Key Performance Indicators Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence dashboards Present findings and results to key stakeholders Conduct continuous review to streamline reporting and analytic portfolio Develop center of excellence and best practices for business reporting and analytics Collaborate with data governance partners to maintain strong risk controls and governance Skills Requires a Master's in Analytics, Informatics, Data Science, or a related field One (1) year of experience in the position offered or one (1) years as a Specialist Revenue Management, Assistant Manager, or a related occupation One (1) year of experience with: data analysis using programming languages including SQL, Python, and VBA Dashboarding, reporting, and visual analytics using business intelligence tool including Tableau and QlikView Applying revenue management principles to drive revenue Database principles for designing, curating, and wrangling data in environments including SQL server and datalakes Crafting a narrative from data and analysis to deliver concise messaging for business leadership bolthires PowerPoint and Excel Leveraging statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics to develop solutions for business problems Utilizing cloud-based technologies and platforms Analyzing client survey data including Net promotor score to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Benefits Commission earnings Incentive compensation Discretionary bonuses Other short and long-term incentive packages Other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs Company Overview E* TRADE from Morgan Stanley is a pioneer in the online brokerage industry.
