The Assoc Analyst Vendor Contracts role is an entry-level position that involves implementing and maintaining contract pricing for vendor accounts, supporting the management of contracts and resolving discrepancies. Responsibilities Obtain or receive data from vendors to maintain contract pricing and tier eligibility Create all necessary contracts, added items, and make any appropriate changes Make determinations for customer start and end dates for customer pricing and vendor rebating using established department standards Ensure contracts are set up correctly and customers are aligned to the correct contracts Maintain standard operating procedures for each vendorβs portfolio Resolve rebate discrepancies Work and coordinate with Chargeback team on resolution Work with vendor community to research and resolve contract misalignments and contract related issues Communicate all aspects concerning fulfillment of contractual obligations with contracting parties Skills Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field At least 1 year of experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services Experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers including meeting quality standards for services Intermediate level skill in bolthires Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts and pivot tables, using text wrap, sorting, vlookups, and if statements) Benefits Health insurance Life and disability 401(k) contributions Paid time off Company Overview Medline is the largest provider of medical-surgical products and supply chain solutions serving all points of care.
