This role involves supporting the account management team, managing client relationships, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities Support the account management team by preparing client and employee-facing materials, conducting benefit education meetings, managing the full client lifecycle, and ensuring accurate CRM documentation Review enrollment and master applications for accuracy, adhere to service models and timelines, and maintain strong relationships with carriers to ensure seamless, high-quality service Represent the firm professionally at community events while collaborating with internal teams to deliver a unified, proactive client experience Skills Associate degree or equivalent experience with the ability to read and interpret SPDs, insurance certificates, and contracts Strong communication skills to explain complex benefit topics clearly and document activities accurately Solid mathematical ability, including calculating figures and applying basic math concepts Benefits Medical Dental Life and disability insurance 401k Generous paid time off Company Overview Alera Group is a growing leader, reimagining the complex risk management, insurance and financial services delivery experience through intentional collaboration connecting clients to holistic solutions that protect and grow all they value most.
