The Associate Analyst role involves supporting consulting services, conducting research, and contributing to client projects within the Visa Consulting and Analytics team. Responsibilities Attend specific courses curated for team members to be successful in the role Support a team of experienced professionals in delivering strategic consulting services to key Visa clients Complete desk research and basic quantitative data to identify preliminary trends and themes in the data with some guidance Help craft a script based on understanding of analysis done Support the development of client-specific presentations which address unique client scenarios and needs Support consulting engagements with other team members, including participating in interviews, analyzing confidential client data, and summarizing key findings Engage in developing the next cohort programming by identifying and providing feedback on gaps in skills, knowledge, or resources to ensure continuous program improvement Skills Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree 2 or more years of work experience Successful internship or 6 months or more experience in a Consulting environment
