Pettit Kohn Ingrassia Lutz & Dolin PC is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join their Employment practice. In this role, you will work on a diverse range of complex employment litigation cases, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation, while collaborating with accomplished attorneys.

Responsibilities

Partner with skilled and experienced attorneys to represent clients in employment litigation cases, from pre-trial to post-trial
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
Participate in depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
Collaborate closely with senior attorneys to prepare for trials
Provide clients with clear, strategic advice on employment law matters

Skills

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active membership in the California State Bar
1-10+ years of experience in employment litigation or relevant legal experience
Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
